Exofleurgarden Vacoas phoenix , Mauritius May 11, 2011

i bouight some heliconia seeds from Tropicalflower farm.... Now some have sproutsince One year .... specially the marginata red and the marginata lutea yellow....
Now that they are 45 cms height,( one year plant) i just want to know what to do for the plants to reach adult size in the comming year ..... will these plants bloom on the second year .?
