My buddleia started leafing out nicely, then suddenly a bunch of the leaves became all krinkly & shriveled. No obvious bugs or discoloration. (I'm technologically challenged & incapable of posting a picture on-line!). I've hit it with insecticidal soap & it seems a little better, so I'll try that again. Just curious as to what ya'll think it could be? I've had issues with spider mites on butterfly bushes in the past, but there's no sign of them so far. I had leaf hoppers on a nearby euonymous last season. Any ideas? None of the leaves has actually died or fallen off (yet!).
deformed buddleia leaves
I have heard that blight can do that, but I'm not sure buddleia get blight.
Things like that can be hard to diagnose even with pictures, but without pics it's really hard to say. Do you have anyone that can help you get a picture uploaded? If you know how to get the picture from the camera onto your computer it's not that hard to upload it--underneath the box where you type your post there's a link/button to add a picture. When you click on that, it lets you browse to wherever you've saved the picture on your computer (you'll usually find them in a folder called "my pictures" unless you've purposely saved them somewhere else).
