Will not bloom

I have a 5 year old Golden Chain Tree. It does not and will not bloom. What do I do? I keep thinking every year, this will be the year.......
Nope it just leaves out (the foliage is great) but will not bloom.

Assuming it's healthy otherwise you may just need to be patient--some trees take years before they'll get around to blooming, especially if it was small when you bought it or if you started it from seed.
