Help! My Blueberry split down the middle!

Last year I bought a Duke Blueberry from Lowes, and within the last month it suddenly split down the middle.
It hasnt split ALL the way, and the leaves are still green and all.
The plant is still small, only around a foot high.
Is there any way to remedy it, or do I need to try to remedy it by taking Lowe's up on their one year guarantee? (I'm not sure I can since I only have the tag, and not the receipt)

well where it grows up, and branches off it split down the middle of the main bush stalk like 2 inches.
Which is kinda a lot with how small the bush is.
