I am starting a garden that is located at the end of a sloped lawn that my husband fertilizes w/Scotts products (Steps 1-4). Is this going to run off into my garden and create a problem for my plants being exposed to chemicals like that? Would a "raised bed" make a difference? If so how high should I go?
