Is it too early for my Joe Pie Weed to show signs of growth? Today is 4/22/11 and I live in zone 6, Connecticut. I planted it last year and it was so beautiful and healthy, I'd be so disappointed if it didn't survive the winter. My agastache or inca lily hasn't shown any signs of life either, they were also planted last year and looked very healthy. I mulched before winter.
