Can I plant Apple Blossom Vinca seeds outside in April in Florida, the directions say to start indoors with seed starter before danger of frost, but it is April and in the 80's here in Florida, can I start them in my garden? PLEASE HELP! I'm waiting to sow. Thanks so much.
