Thanks for the link, hopefully this is the one, I've been searching for the low acid tomato for about two years. My Grandmother's garden was filed with this little guy and I want to plant this weekend with a new product I found called the Holey Cone for containers only, it has really improved my plants.

Your welcome. I haven't grown Yellow Pear myself, but several of the reviews mention that it is a low acid tomato, so hopefully, that's the right one for you.

I looked up the Holey Cone, and it looks like an interesting product for aeration in containers. I mostly use self-watering containers, which, if properly designed, should provide adequate aeration for the root system (assuming you use a well-draining planting medium). However, I've found that not all are properly designed.

Let us know how you like the Holey Cone.

Here's a picture of my deck with all my container plants cherry tomato, gardenia, carnations, peppers...and my granddaughter, the bridesmaid.

You should try those yellow pear tomato's....they are very tasty.
