Schefflera wilts (5 Pictures)
mustafiano---
I am not sure what the plant you have is called.
I thought im may be a Shefflera--but the leaves do not match.
In the last picture you posted--it looks like it has some kind of mildew on it--or a fungus....
See the white powdery like appearance?
If you are NOT overwatering it (does the pot have drainage??) I would pull the plant
out of the pot and check the roots for rot. If it is there--you will need to cut all the roots
back to healthy white roots. Get rid of all the old soil and re-pot in fresh Potting Mix--NOT heavy garden soil!
If you cannot buy good garden Soil Mix where you are--try to mix up your own.
Some Peat moss--with some Compost--and some Perlite/Vermiculite for aeration.
DO not over water! Make sure the pot has drainage!
Other than that--I cannot tell you anything more until you post more pictures.

It's a variegated schefflera and has the look of a plant that was recently severely over-fertilized or subjected to very anaerobic soil conditions. The puckered and desiccating stems are a good indication that water is being inhibited from getting to the top of the plant, and it appears severe enough that the plant is likely beyond reclaiming.
The most likely culprits are a very high level of any soluble substance in the soil, severe over-watering/anaerobic soil conditions, severe under-watering, roots being allowed to dry out and die during the last repot (if you bare-rooted the plant).
