Which plants should be started in the two different sizes of peat pellets (as in the Jiffy seed starters)?
Thanks!
Big or Little Peat Pellets?
Hi. You've probably already planted by now but the really deep pellets can handle things that are big.... like tomatoes and peppers and corn and okra but the small pellets are usually what people use for everything they need germinated because they don't keep them in the pellets for that long... let germinate and grow to about the second true leaves and then you can plant out. Of course it depends on the weather outside. If you have to wait a while before you can plant out, the little guys are usually transplanted inside to larger containers. Good luck!
