Sun came out and low 50's for first day of garden club. It was great and no one wanted to go home. It was beautiful.

Crispy cold. 28 degrees with a pale pink sunrise. It's supposed to be sunny and pretty today high in the 50's. I like this weather.

We are at 23 (bit chilly) sunny and headed to 51 today. I'm liking this weather too!

27° & an overnight frost for the 2nd straight day.

Currently 36 degrees and partly sunny here in WNY. Going up to 52 today. Maybe we are finally starting to have some Spring weather.

It's 43 here now, going to be in the mid-50s.....Flicker on my lawn all morning....hoping that he's nesting here!

Going up to 51° here, patchy clouds for tonight, down to 35°.

53 degrees but grey and overcast. Damp and chilly. It was much nicer earlier in the day. But, the maple trees are flowering and my lilac is pushing out leaves. The forsythia is trying to flower.

I love the look of weeping willows when they are starting out.

oooooh, I think I can explain the bad weather following the lift-off of Discovery. As I mentioned here earlier, one of the astronauts (friend of our friend) was carrying a photo of me, Hank, Bailey and Carli into space this time. The way our girls tend to be rambunctious, I am certain I know the issue......lol Sometimes I think we are having an earthquake here when they go tearing through the house.

Finally looks like a week of warm temps next week.

Only raked for about 45 min. today....nasty, damp east wind, & I was tired from running around all day....can't understand why I don't have the stamina of 20 years ago, LOL....

rain rain and more rain, cold and damp while standing under the canopy at the cemetary for my Aunt's internment, then went back to the inn where my cousins were staying and hung out in the lobby by the huge fireplace and had a hot cup of tea while waiting dinner time

28 here going up to 59 too! I spent 2 hours cleaning up outside yesterday and i'll be out today too!!

Yesterday was the longest day I spent in the garden in a very long time. I was out there just short of nine hours and put down six more bags of my favorite pine needled mulch.

Can't wait to do more today.

Need to be out all day today, but promised my granddaughters a trip to the library & out to lunch....oh, well, the work will get done somehow......60 degrees today!
