The only thing you can do is allow the bees to enjoy the flowers. Your plant has "bolted" All of its' energy is now into setting seed and dying out.

Very interesting! Learn something new every day. So would I be able to plant this and other broccoli sprouts would come up this spring?

You would have to let it set seed and collect the seeds to plant again, But depending on your temperatures it may be too warm to start a new crop. Once the seeds are ripe, the plant goes into the compost bin and gets recycled.

That being said, the plant may not set seed at all. Some hybrids are sterile and others produce seed, but ya never know what kind of plant/veggie you are going to get.

here is some info for you.

And you can actually eat the flowers, or young flower buds/shoots, but they may be a bit bitter.

The 'broccoli' that we eat is actually the flower buds while they are still tightly clustered together.

Bolting happens for a variety of reasons - aging of the plant, too much heat, lack of water stress, or sometimes just because.
