Duc, this is one of the most beautiful threads. Adel, congrats on the 'twins' Rufous hummingbirds. Sunny what adorable series of your bird in the stream. Made my day!

Sunny, that is great! After seeing this and Duc's annas in the fountain, I really think the Anna's love water more than the Ruby's.

That is fantastic Sunny. Great series of the bathing time. I will have to keep a closer eye, at the water fall now.

Here's one of my female Anna's from a few days ago. I've had to stop the fountains because of the wind and rain-hopefully that will stop in a few days.

Thanks so much for the kind comments on my pics! I was thrilled to actually have my camera on me during bathing time. It's so much fun to spy on all the birds who now come to drink and bathe at the stream/waterfall area, but I think the hummer baths are my favorite. :-)

Duc, your little one at the fountain is a sweetie! ...and yes, what wild weather we've been having here in "sunny" California!

Wow Duc and sunnyg I love those bathing hummers!! I have to agree with Mrs. Ed, I think the Anna's certainly love the water more than the Ruby's!
