Pretty, Allison, and lovely lilies but the sweet face that starts this thread is the best photo here. Jack is nuts over Oryanna!

No ID for this one growing in with the tarragon. One of these years I'll get around to making some tarragon vinegar.

that is an herb I have never used yet

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

One of the 'American' series Pirl? 'American Heritage' is the one i'm thinking of that has the downward blooms. The other 2 in the 'American' series that are this color are outward or up facing blooms I believe.
Oh, no Oryanna in this thread....but that can be arranged. ^_^

Oryanna could easily take the role of any angel in a Christmas play, Celeste!

I tried to ID it either last year or the year before but no one could pin it down. The American series was ruled out somehow.

Tarragon is very anise-like, Allison, and not to every taste but the French love it and I do have my French friend's recipe for her vinegar.

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Oryanna is a sweety!!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Amen to that, Ronnie!!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

She is a little beauty! I like tarragon, & I have a bush, but have never made vinegar.....I do use it with chicken, & in salad dressings.....
