Do I have a mold or fungus on my Ric Rac/Zig Zag plant?

Do you have any idea what is causing my Zig zag to get bright orange on the tips of it's leaves then it turns mushy yellowish brown? Help I don't want it to die.

You may want to un-pot your plant to check for root rot fungus. This comes from over watering and soil that holds too much water for too long. If present, cut away any slimy or dead roots, treat with a phosphorus based fungicide and repot in new fast draining soil.
