OOH! I am growing red castor bean this year for the first time, courtesy HollyAnn in PA. They just sprouted!
Have never grown castor...it looks pretty, but I know the bean is poisonous....

The beanie seeds have pretty squiggley patterns on them, remind you of pinto beans, I SURE would not want them rolling around my house if I had any young kids.
You will have them forever.
