Charlie Sheen did good in Chicago! He's back on the road to success!
Thats Entertainment # 8
Can't keep real talent down.
I detect tongue in cheek Victor!!
Never saw either Men in Black movie (good??), but they're filming #3 in Manhattan now.
I loved Men In Black! Excellent! The second one was not so much. Here's hoping the third will be better.
Karen
Agree
I don't think I saw the 2nd one but I liked the first one
Nothing like the first.
Lets hope the producers dont have the Superman sickness and each issue is worse than the last.
First Men in Black was good, second not so much...
Just finished reading "Water for Elephants" it was excellent, hope them movie does it justice. I'm not a big Reese Witherspoon fan though.
First MIB was so funny. TommyLee Jones was paired with the other guy what a hoot.
Plus I would walk on coals to see Vincent De Nofrio.
Don't watch American Idol, but sorry to hear about Toscano getting the boot. She is from Queens.
I liked the original MIB, also.
Also looking forward to Water for Elephants, cuz I enjoyed the book.
watch AI and was shocked she is out - one of the top 4 there IMO
First "Men in Black" was amusing and creative, and exceeded my limited expectations. Didn't see the sequel.
I watch AI too and was very shocked Pia was voted off. I had her pegged for one on the 3 runners up.
She is beautiful and can sing, but didn't have "it" as they say.
She was the best of the girls.
that stupid vote for the worst website is to blame for the good ones leaving first.. right now they are pushing to vote for Paul which I can't stand.. makes me want to jam a pencil in my ear
Oh I don't like him either and he moves really weird on the stage...
BA, don't bother with the MIB sequel. It will not live up to your expectations whatsoever.
Jo, I like Vincent D. also.
Looking forward to Water For Elephants. Never read the book, so I will probably like the movie, as I won't have anything to compare it to.
Don't know if anyone here is a fan of epic fantasy, especially stories about dragons and dragon riders. Eragon was a huge favorite of mine, and though it was written for young adults, it was written in such a way that adults would love it. Anyhow, the movie was disappointing. I felt they left too much out and condensed it too much, as well as changed too many things.
Karen
My epic fantasies don't involve dragons. ^_^
Of course not, Victor!
Charlie Sheen was preforming at Radio City Music Hall tonight!
I haven't been watching AI except the excerpts of their performances online and I only like Casey and James
I actually like Paul when he does a good job, he just hasn't done a good job for awhile now. Not since Rod Stewart.
I like James and Scotty.
Can't watch Casey's grunts and faces he makes.
Great director Sidney Lumet passed.

I've mentioned before that I saw parts of Serpico being filmed in Astoria. I was about 8 or 9 when they were filming. Saw Pacino.
Great resume.

Too bad he didn't work for Disney, he would have made nice, happy movies.
I noticed he directed Sharon Stone in "Gloria" if you want to see the first issue of it directed by John Cassaveteys and staring his wife Gina Rolands I believe its a better movie. Sharon Stone isnt the greatest.
Just checked Netflix and Sharon Stone's version recieved 2 and 1/2 stars. Gena Rowlands was given 4 stars.

Sharon Stone is horrible.
Watched 'Bone Collector' this afternoon, i'd forgotten what a good movie that is. IMHO it is Denzel Washington and Jody Foster at their best!
The Bone Collector was one of my favorites!
Karen
Never saw it.
Victor, it's not a movie to watch w/the kids, but the story line and acting are excellent.
I read the book first and thought i'd watch the movie with little hopes that it would be as good as the book. I was pleasantly surprised! After that I read several of his books when ever I felt like a good detective novel. His name is Jeffery Deaver and if you like Bone C. and the character in it "Lincoln Rhyme" he has a series of books. There are more but these are the ones i've read so far.
The Lincoln Rhyme Series:
The Bone Collector (1997)
The Coffin Dancer (1998)
The Empty Chair (2000)
The Stone Monkey (2002)
The Vanished Man (2003)
The last disturbing movie I remember seeing was Seven with Brad Pitt.
Yes, that is distrubing but well done.
Oh YA Seven was uber creepy but a really good movie
Haven't seen that either.
R - Rated if you dont want to laugh, dont go here. I know this is bad but gosh I laughed till I was crying. I need no HedgeHog.
