starting flower seeds (problems?)

I am starting Lychnis flower seeds under lights. They aren't very tall and are just beginning to develop their second leaves. The tips of the first leaves are starting to look a little bit red. I am a beginner so I'm a little nervous. Can someone tell me if I have a problem?

Unless the tips are crispy (never good) you shouldn't have a problem. We've grown it from seed but it was many years ago so I don't recall the color of new growth. Good luck!
