What Climate Zone Am I In?

I want to access one of the Regional Climate Zone forums, but I need help in selecting which climate zone I should be using. Spokane WA is always assigned the Pacific Northwest as its climate zone, but no way does it resemble Seattle. We are on the east side of the Cascades, and as DRY as Seattle is wet. Seattle is zero altitude, and Spokane is 2,400. Our winters can be 10 below and our summers can be 110 degrees. We get plenty of snow every year. Which of the zones should I pick in order to use a forum that corresponds with Spokane?

You might find the Rocky Mountain area a better match for your climate: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/region_rm/all/ I know you're not in the Rockies, but they have a much drier, more extreme climate than the PNW does and out of the regional forums that exist on DG that's probably the closest one to the same conditions that you have.
