I guess this House Finch was taking a break from eating the berries and grabbed a sunflower seed from the feeder box.

I think this Anna's hummingbird was telling me how good the sugar water tasted.

Here's another photo of an American Coot that I got at the park on Sunday.

The Cedar Waxwings are still enjoying the berries on the trees.

I put some chopped apples on the platform on the tree, do you think that will entice the Pileated Woodpecker down?

I know this is late in the thread but Delrose I LOVE the N. flicker! Really beautiful bird.

I don't know which one is more shy, the Pileated Woodpecker or the Northern Flicker.

Had some sunny days for awhile and my feathered friends pretty much deserted me, but now it's stormy (snow predicted) and the birds are back saying feed us.
