But the longer days are nice....a little more sun doesn't hurt anything!

Warm spell today compared to yesterday. Now a balmy 24 here in southern Vt, but we are heading south today to a warmer Nantucket which is at at 34 now. Not quite like DonnieBrook or Caladiums4Less, but OK for winter weather.

You and Wha, as well as a few others didn't move to the new thread a few days back, so we had two weather ones going at once for a day or so....no big deal.

31° here, wind from the NW at 13 mph, our windchill is 18°, humidity down to 45% and we have sunny, clear blue skies overhead.

Just returned from a 11/2 mile walk across the dam....the sun was shining, temp about 32, & I feel so much better....can I face Tues. weather? Probably not!

Cold here too, but the sun feels nice. I think the snow mountain out front has decreased to 9 1/2 feet. The dogs really need to get out for a run. Guess I'll be truckin through snowy woods tomorrow.

Spring is just around the corner, guys! Once February comes, we're more than halfway through our winter here, so that means you can count the days to spring. Hang on!!!

Feb has to get here first. Surprised at the Jan. cold, usually Feb has the coldest days. Still a great amount of snow here & mess coming on Tues.

Same to you Dave....the temp is a pleasant 12 here....Garret was here at 8:30 this morning shoveling off the porch roof, which is flat......don't need freezing rain & rain on top of that! Pixie, hang tough! I hate the words "ice" also!
