can someone give me an idea of what is wrong with my plant? It is approx. 7 yrs. old. Here are some leaves from the plant. This started about 3 mos. ago. I don't want to loose this plant!

that's a unusual one - look like some kind of disease for sure. The leaves have lesions then the rest of the leaf look like it might developed hypersensitivity. Some individual plants develop hypersensitivity in a protection reaction - the plant is trying to get rid of the infection fast by suicide all the other cells in the leaf. Usually bacterial or fungus infections. I'm leaning toward the fungus infection since I just remembered most but not all bacterial infection lesions are angular because they can't cross leaf veins.
