tortoise poop tea

I have two large tortoises who poop a lot i have built a device to make a fertilizer tea which seems to work has anyone else done this and had it tested as i think it maybe strong in nitrogen.

Maybe strong in ammonia, which can translate to nitrogens, use sparingly at first til your plants tell you they like/dislike, but it isn't a source I have used, turtles, like iguana and chicken have hi salmonella issues - and I dont know what I mean by that either, more than just handle with care...
