DAILY BIRD PICS VOL. 364

Lakeview, OH

Here is our nuthatch again, he gets the seed, puts it in the crack of the tree, and then pounds it with his beak until he gets the meat inside.

This is one I took today, he was going after the bread I put on the ledge, it has blueberries in it, and the squirrels went crazy for it. I thought I did pretty good. No red eye either.

Good ones Teddy! I always like seeing the Nuthatch when they visit.

Glad your trying the RAW Hack. It's good to try all things. Like the first Downy pic. You get such nice winter visitors.

Duc, Love the Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

nanny, elphaba and pelle. RAW is really not that difficult. Shoot, I really enjoy it, now, and I'm a novice at it. I don't know about any other programs, but Elements 7 makes it easy. I have a tutorial book for Elements 7 and it showed me how to do it.

I ordered Abode Lighthouse 3 and am looking forward to trying that with RAW.

Nanny, not all cameras can shoot in RAW. Basically, a RAW picture has more information, it is a non-compressed format.

So… look who stopped by! My little Carolina Wren cutie-pie

Little miss Red-bellied woodpecker came over to the platform feeder where I had a little nugget of suet. Seems the squirrels were hogging the suet feeder on the tree. So I later moved one to the platform feeder.
