What have you ordered or would like to 2010/2011 #11

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

I ordered and already received some seeds... Godetia like 5 different packages and finally got those Peach/ Apricot Strawflower from Johhny's along with coral and violet Dahlia Zinnia and some Stocks Matthiola incana.... 3 types of Callirhoe because I'm determined to get those going here. Some Sweet Alyssum and Alba 4 o'clocks. I planted all my bulbs I ordered from B&B and John Scheepers.. also all my DL's from an order I potted up earlier in the season. I had to enlarge a garden for them.. Just put up my Christmas lights and got all my Thanksgiving fixins today.. : )
Already did my majority of Christmas shopping too :)

Is this the sports thread?

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

NO! LOL
Pat you had me go to Bluestone this morning and look up all those goodies.....i'm with you on the blue/purple theme. ^_^

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Thanks Pixie

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Jo, if you can post five photos on a 'One pic per day' thread, we can mix in sports on the non-sports threads! Hee hee. ^_^

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Watch out I have to struggle a 16 pound cat to the vets today.
Have to climb stairs and capture him from under tha bed.Haul him to the vet - ask tec to retrieve him from the car etc. Then there is the bill to deal with.
They always want him to have a geriatric exam. I refuse on grounds I dont see a geriatric specialist so neither does the cat get the extra exam.
I KNOW how old he is.
I have owned many cats over the past 40 years and none were surgeried and shot as much as modern times.
Do you referr to the 5 image collages? Perhaps?
Its one entry after all.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Is this the pets thread?? ^_^

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

For now
Yes

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

Lol you two are too funny :)

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Okay play nice children. ^_^
Ordered a mock orange 'Snowbelle', helictotrichon 'Saphire', and coreopsis 'Cosmic Eye' from Great Garden Plants. Check another one off the list.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I love coriopsis. I'll check it out.

Thomaston, CT

Meredith, you amaze me, getting all that done with little kids!

Southeastern, NH(Zone 5b)

Well I did cheat a little by ordering about 90% online ;0)

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Brent and Becky are having the half price sale. I had made a list of what I wanted, mostly expensive Narcissus but not at full price and they still had most of them. Yippee, then I added a whole mess of other things. Bad. But I now think I am done with 2010 orders unless some other sale pops up. Now I have to enter them in my journal and wait for them to arrive so I can plant them. My DH is off playing hockey, so he will groan when he hears what I have done. Patti

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

Hannibal, NY(Zone 6a)

Great list Patti! I have been going to order some of the hyacinthus multiflorus and keep forgetting. Can't wait to see how yours do next year. And of course, pictures of all the rest.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wish they had the sale earlier!

Hannibal, NY(Zone 6a)

Me too. My fingers get too cold out there now.

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

Dh and I will be planting soon. I am doing well, so I should be of some use. I just need to get them all organized so the planting will go quickly. I lay them out and tell him how many holes to drill and where and then I drop them into the holes and we both go back and cover them up and do a little dance to pack them tightly in their new homes. That way DH has no sense of how many I actually ordered until the deed is done and I fess up. I am bad and he is very accommodating. Lucky me. Patti

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

That is some list!

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

flowAjen, It was longer, but I tried to be reasonable and pare it down a bit, but I wasn't very good at that task. My delete button must have been broken. Patti

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I want Alliums but cant dig in the cold.I am just finishing scattering poppy seeds

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

I am waiting to scatter the ones you sent as soon as all the bulbs are planted this week. Then I will be done. Patti

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

That should be a great way to hide the bulb lesves.
I'm making albums set to music.

Lovely pictures. The bear looks like it has a red bow-tie. I wish we could grow lilies, the nasty little red beetles interfer.
