just had to share my experience with this vendor... we placed an order (Randy wanted rope light they had on sale)... 2 mins after I placed the order... they have it marked as shipped... already packed up and ready for pickup... 2 mins after that I get a phone call .. wondering maybe I put the wrong CC number in... I answer... Paul says I just wanted you to know this shipment won't reach you until a week from monday because of the holiday... he just wanted to make sure we didn't want it out by thanksgiving... HOW NICE IS THAT???? I love any web vendor with that kind of personal service

most of the stuff on that site... I couldn't afford... but the sales are good... Randy likes those rope light reels... you can cut them to what ever size you need and just put a connector on

Hope jumped on me to go outside this morning.. and I passed out at around 9:30 last night.. very early for me.. think I feel a cold coming on... now I know why I was so sleepy last night

I had a flu bug tuesday and wed. and am now sneezing and feel very drained so I think I may have picked me up a cold too. Misery loves company. ^_^

Stay well, both of you. I can't get a flu shot until Dec because of the medication I have for my cold a month ago. However I will get one and ask that others think about being protected.

Thank you Iris, you too...be careful as the flu is making it's way around the community already here in Maine. I think our 1st comfirmed case of Influenza was back in Oct.
The bug I had tues. was just a stomach flu thank goodness and not anything worse.

we have a HD version that is not nearly as nice as those.. but they still look nice... they are under my windows in this video... but were much more affordable... think they were $30.00 .. if we get more it will be from creative displays... they have ones you can attach to SPT wire yourself... so if one burns out we can remove it or replace it... the HD ones are fixed .. can not change them at all

Been wanting to get up into the attic to start pulling out decorations, but haven't yet.
I usually start the weekend after Tday, but thought I might try to get oranized earlier this year, looks like not.

Those knome skeletons are a riot.
The Marble table looks like it came from a victorian greenhouse -solarium.The kind they had on the big estates or in 1880's Park Ave. mantions.

the only incandescent lights we have.. off the top of my head... the lawn ornaments... even some of those are LED already.. I replaced a few of the deer that burned out with LED strings... and the string of icicles that goes across the front yard (1st set of icicles we bought) and the candy canes we run on either side... but we never really had a mass quantity of incandescent to begin with... so it would be hard for me to tell... glad we figured out right off the bat to stick with LED... I know it is a huge difference.... we would never be able to run as many lights as we do with our service in the house if they were not LED... and running the light show the way we do... turning on and off.. nothing is on all together at the same time ... for a long period of time
