Saving Eggplant seeds

What's the best way to save Eggplant seeds? I'm thinking, just remove them and let them dry. This is the first time I have actually isolated and hand pollinated them so they should come true.

For some strange reason my spring/summer garden is hitting its peak now! LOL So I'm having to enlarge it to plant cole crops and greens. Some I'm just planting wherever there appears to be some bare space.
