Duc, congrats on your new lifer!!

Burd, cool shot of the goose coming in!

Walking our nautre trail the other day I saw birds flitting aroudn the top of this tree. I had no idea what they were until I was editing them on the computer. Turned out to be a couple of young Blue Birds!

So now I knew what this papa Blue Bird had been watching! Too bad he was in deep shadow.

Great pics from everyone here!

Duc, Congrats on the Chestnut-backed Chickadee! That Junco surrounded by berries is lovely.

The bird I thought was a yellowbellied sap sucker was in fact a Northern Flicker! He has not been back lately but he will when it gets colder. I will try to get a picture of him, but it is hard, they are flighty fellows, they don't like to stay still for very long. I miss my hummingbirds already, it is going to be a VERY LONG winter, oh, well, there will be winter birds to watch. Enjoy today and tomorrow they are going to be BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Burd, love your closeup of the crow-it's beautiful. The Rusty Blackbirds are as pretty as our Brewers. Really great shot of the cormorant! I have yet to get that close to any of them here on our lake.

Nanny, glad you're enjoying the bluebirds too. They sure are beautiful.

The White-crowned Sparrows are everywhere, but I've never seen them eat a berry.

We had rain and lots of rainbows a couple days ago. This Brewer's Blackbird seemed to be watching the rainbow move across the lake.

Beautiful picture ducbucin, that rainbow in front of the blackbird kind of sets him off, I guess he was just meditating while watching those gorgeous colors.

Full house once again! Time to move on to Volume 355 http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1140336/

Just a thought - on average about 130 posts per volume, of which roughly two thirds have a pic.

That makes over 30,000 pics posted in this series!

Quite awesome.

Here's to the next 30,000.

Holy smokes!

I wondered why my birds were scarce, now I know why. Found this rascal skulking around. I ran it off, but it'll probably be back.

Pretty cat, though.

Wow, you guys have it working.

duc, that rainbow shot is great. AND Congrats on the Lifer, its always a thrill for me.

Burd, the goose (landing?) was a very nice capture.

gardenpom - I sure liked the R-t Hawk shot.

Gotta got, that's all I have time for.
But, there were a LOT of other photos that caught my attention, too.
