It's cold!! 25 at the moment!!!!

I couldnt believe 2 days of crispy weather would reduce the garden so much.

- We did get down to 32°...

Presently 32°, wind calm, humidity dropped to 56% , mostly cloudy

Supposed to be a sunny day here with clouds building toward evening w/ rain.
53° is our projected high.

Yesterday the gardens were brown when I got up, today it's brown with a thick coat of white!

Now it's 23...the sun is out but not doing a very good job! LOL

first "all over" frost this morning

29 was the low here. Now 32 and clear. No wind again. Last group hike.

Quite a heavy frost here as well. Only 31 degrees even now. Sun made the clouds colorful this am but the clouds are winning and it is pretty much overcast and grey right now. Light NW wind. Not as cold over night the next few days due to clouds and rain.

Heavy frost here as well.....the cold just went right through me this morning. No subbing this week, Louise.....parent-teacher conferences....kids have early dismissal.

41° here at the moment. No frost as yet & the wing is quiet so may have frost this week. Rain tomorrow.

Sun has returned and pumped up the temp to 47.

It did turn out nice this afternoon....what a turnaround....52, sunny, & a south breeze....could've walked forever.

temp only in the mid 40s, DH got more leaf work done. He slides them down our wooded hill on a tarp. I just can't work in 40s temp so I see what has do be done & my stomach curls. Rain tomorrow as temp is going up. Not surprised!

The high was 53, it rained this evening.

It was a lot milder here today too, mid 50s and sunny

Beautiful day here in New York today, home of the greatest city in the world! Weeeee!

Presently 40° and clear, showers start late tonight lasting through Friday night and some sprinkled in there for Saturday too. 42° for a low tonight as temps rise tomorrow, hoping for some snow for Thanksgiving's along with record low temps to start the winter off right! Yay!!

Rain today and into tomorrow here as well. Could be heavy amounts today. Temp is 43 now and could get into the mid 50s for a high. Light easterly wind. Dark and dismal. Where was all this rain this summer when I wanted some.

temp around 50 & light but annoying rain. Did grocery shopping before it becames heavier. Leaves jerking themselves off the tulip tree so golden glow is gone :(

70s and very humid here with several showers including a gully whomper just now. We really needed it too. Marilyn, we had sleepy puppies here too. We had to wake them up at 7:00 a.m.. We all slept late, but then got our walk in before the drops started.

Rain stopped here around 4, & got the dogs walked.....glad to know it was raining in FL, too! Heard temp is going down into the 30s (at night) in the FL Panhandle this week....sounds like a continuation of last year's freezing FL.

We'll be traveling north for 11 days on Sunday, so we are very happy that the Fla. temps on Sunday will be cool enough for us to leave the girls in the car when we grab a bite for lunch somewhere. We often have to do drive-through at a place where we don't usually eat. I've had enough of summer temps here. :)

The temp goes into the 50s with rain. down in the 40s other days which makes it difficult to work in the garden. still have lots of weeding to do. DH does the leaves & half the leaves on the tulip tree came down this afternoon.

Still raining but it has brought the warmer morning temps here as well so it doesn't feel as nasty raw. Present temp is 57 degrees with the southerly light wind bringing the warmth at least for a while. May see a ray or two of sun late this afternoon but clouds will return tomorrow morning probably.
