perenials planted after 2nd frost

Yikes! o.k. to plant in fall, but there's been a light frost (or two), still Ok? Coreopsis, blackberries, blueberries, herbs.

Yes. As long as the plants are either perennials or woody plants that are hardy to your zone, they'll be fine and should come up next year.
