I need a list of plants that deer do not eat

There are zillions of the lists on the NET. You can google 'deer resistant plants (shrubs, trees, annuals, perennials, -whatever you are looking for) and I'd add Texas since you live there. Also remember if starving the deer will eat anything. Also there are regional tastes - what deer don't eat in one region/area might be dessert in other areas. You may want to check with county argicultural extension or a landscape nursery.
