Spoiler at the fair not clearer than mud!

Question please? Were the entries to have remained anonymous?

The Fair's photo entries used the same process as our photo contest, which is designed for anonymity. But it wasn't required. The recipes were not anonymous - we didn't have any means of hiding the identities of those who submitted them.

Thanks... I figured that out on the submitted recipes. I was curious about the various photo entries.

Thanks for the First-ever Dave's Garden County Fair. I enjoyed going through all the photos and accomplishments submitted by DG members.

I entered the photo of the barn not thinking that I should be the owner of the barn. My mistake and oversight of the rules. My apologies for this error.
Congrats to all the winners and entrants who helped make this a fun event.

GGK, that "rule" was only suggested during the discussion phase and was never included in the official rules, so you absolutely don't need to apologize! It's a stunning photo!

I loved the fair and although I didn't enter anything, I loved looking at all the entries and can't wait to try all the recipes;o) It was fun!

This was a fun idea and I'm sure next year the kinks will all
be worked out and it will be even more fun.

The rules were very loose, and Kin, I think I voted for your barn - I agree no need to apologize. I think the Fair was a good idea, a nice thing especially for those whose talents lie in areas other than photography.

I better get to work planting, quilting, crafting, canning and animal rearing. Before you know it it will be time for the next fair! Who has time to work? We should have raised a barn instead of the greenhouse we've been working on.
