Hi, I purchased a common hanging pitcher plant this summer from a trade show in Florida. I live in South Carolina. I was amazed when my plant didn't die after bringing it home. (I'm not a greenthumb) It has been hanging under a tree getting morning sun and dappled sun the rest of the day. It's now turning 70's during the day and down to 50 at night. What do I do to winter my pitcher plant? I've read to put it in the frig and hibernate it to bring it inside the house and keep feeding it by finding small bugs and dropping them in the pitchers, etc. Thank you so much and any help would be greatly appreciated. I really would like to keep my plant alive.
