So nice to see a few blooms still out there Pixie and JoAnn. Very nice indeed. I seem to have a lot of blue and purple left here. The asters, a few clem blooms and the dwarf butterfly bush still blooming along side the coreopsis 'Full Moon'. The annual verbena b. is still bright and purple too as is the orange cosmos. Most things are starting to shut down however although I did notice a few new buds on the perennial hibiscus trying to bloom before a frost puts an end to things this year.
Love the color on that viola Celeste
Thanks Jen, I started seeds in 2009 had them all summer and they came back this year. Got to love that when it happens!!

Pixie,I agree with Jen. They are already on my Bluestone list for next year. Just can't beat violas for happy flowers that come and go, here and there, year after year. These have such a pretty shade of blue too.
My clems were planted this spring. So happy to see them.
10' looks awesome JoAnn... forgot to take photos of mine.. sorry
Robindog,
I'm pretty sure the iris you pictured is one I gave you. Jo Ann and I had gone to Borglum's Iris Gardens, and I got that iris. I had taken a piece off for Jo, but she said she didn't have luck with TBs, so I brought it for you. If so, it is a Dana Borglum introduction that he has not named yet. And maybe won't.
Surprising it would bloom now! You must be a good iris mommy.
JoAnn, do love that color on Black Neglegee
Robin, nice deep red dahlia
Beauty bush is on my want list
Bill you putting those mums in the ground I hope.. they are beautiful
Asters are showie Bill.
i think i will re-pot them and put them in the ground out back for the winter allison
