My first thought was it reminded me of African Milkbush: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/58036/ but I don't think the foliage is right for that one.

Why not post your photo and any information on the Plant and Tree Identification Forum: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/plantid/all/

Just scroll down to the bottom of that page and type in your request and upload your photo. I bet someone will recognize it and be able to give you a correct ID!
