I'm not sure I understand the question.
Is this for grass seed or are you starting flowers or veggie from seed?

If you're seeding a lawn, any sort of good topsoil ought to work--I don't know that any particular brand is better than another (if you get it in bulk from somewhere it won't be a particular brand anyway)
