help with fijian haresfoot fern

My fern is not in a hanging basket.....the leaves have started to turn brown and I cant see any new shoots appearing....my question is...would it need repotting ...It is well watered and lives on the veranda in nth Queensland ...I use seasol every fortnight...can someone give me any ideas

Can you post some pictures? Also a little more information on its conditions (how much sun, etc) would help.
