Planting concord grapes along chain link fence

hello,

I wish to plant some concord grapes along a chain link fence. The fence is 4 feet high and about 18 feel long. Was wondering how close should I plant the trunk to the fence, and also how many vines should I plant; we are a family of two. Would it be better to plant one vine in the middle of the 18 foot fence or 2 vines spaced out 8 feet with 5 feet on each side.
