locoboy0712: My gardner told me mine wasn't getting enough water. It's at the top of my back hill, so I changed the sprinkler and now it's blooming nicely.

It's been raining everyday for the past 2 weeks here in Miami, now is when the sun finally comes out.

From the picture you posted, it looks as if you're keeping them trimmed into rounded shapes. Doing that will prevent them from blooming as you're cutting off the tips of the stems where the blooms would normally form.
Try not trimming them and let the long canes grow, then you should get flowers.

Looking at the picture, the plants look like they are right beside a concrete pathway or such, this type of path gets baking hot and will be preventing any rain water getting taken up by the plant roots, also when you look at so much foliage, rain water will be running off the foliage and down the pathway, so I agree that this is a water / feed issue and also as Jasperdale mentioned, you are cutting off all the flowering shoots when you prune, leave the plant alone as regards pruning till it flowers, only prune these plants to remove shoots that are too long or growing where people will fall, but dont prune the whole plant, IF you have to prune, do this just AFTER flowering has passes as the plant will then recover and send out new flowering shoots for the next season. hope all this advice from all will help as they are lovely plants, Good luck. The best way to make a Bougainvillea flower is too ignore it. Only water when it's a little wilty. Then water well.
They like to dry out between watering.
You can also talk to them while watering other plants. Say things like "Don't ask, cause I'm not watering you today!"
Best of luck.

Agreed, Bouganvillea likes tons of sun (blooms when day and night are equal) and they are really heavy feeders, but prefer something like a 6-8-10 fertilizer. They require really well drained soil and need to be kept a bit on the dry side.

Here is some general care/bloom info for you.

Have you tried adding any fertilizer to encourage the bloom, like Flowertone?
