It hasn't produced 1 flower in 3 months.. why???? Riding in my car I see some bouganvielleas full of beautiful pink flowers and mine is all green and ugly, why is this??
Bouganvillea not flowering!!
I assume from your comment about not one flower in 3 months that you just planted it 3 months ago? If so you probably just need to be patient, some things won't bloom at all their first year in the ground so it's not surprising that it would take some time to get its roots going before blooming. You might also check that it's getting enough sun and that you're not fertilizing it too much (too much nitrogen stimulates lots of green growth at the expense of blooms). But most likely it just needs time.

No I did not plant it 3 months ago, that plant has been there for many many years. Didn't you see the size of that thing?
I did see the size of them--but I've seen people transplant things that are larger than that, and when you said that you hadn't had one bloom in 3 months (vs saying you'd never seen blooms, or it hadn't bloomed this year) I thought it was a reasonable question to ask.
You didn't comment on my other thoughts about fertilizer, sun, etc--can you say a little more about what the conditions are in that spot and how you've been caring for them? They look healthy so if you want to figure out why they're not blooming you're going to have to give a little more information.

Well it gets sun all day, since it grows so fast I've never fertilized them. It gets plenty of water since it rays almost every 3 days here in Miami, and when it doesn't rain for about a week thats when I water it.
In my experience they bloom best when they're kept on the dry side, but if others in your area are blooming then they get the same amount of rain that yours do so it doesn't seem like that's likely to be the cause (unless you've got a bit of a low spot there where water collects or drains away slowly). You might try no supplemental watering at all unless you go several weeks without rain and see if that changes anything.
I've seen mixed opinions on whether fertilizer helps blooms or not--in my experience they bloom better if they're not fertilized, but I've seen other people who post that they fertilize theirs and they still bloom so it may not hurt. But since you're not fertilizing and I know they can bloom without it, that's probably not the problem either.
Are there any signs of unhealthiness at all in the leaves (spots, yellowing, signs of insect damage, etc)? I can't see any obvious problems from your picture, but with the bright sunlight and the picture being taken from a little distance away it's hard to be positive. You might also investigate your soil pH--Plant Files says they like acidic soil, and since yours are planted right next to a sidewalk the concrete could be leaching lime into the soil and raising the pH.

Well I have looked at the leaves and a lot of the leaves have pretty big holes, but not all of them. Also when I start moving the branches to look inside of it I saw very small white bugs jumping around.
