I have just bought a heather plant,but as I don't have acid soil in my garden,I'm wanting to grow it in a container,would it be ok?,has anyone grown them in containers?.Any advice would be much appreciated,thanks.

In your mild climate, a container would be just fine.

Thank you for your reply altagardener,I am so pleased about that,when I bought it I wondered if I'd made a mistake,thinking it might not grow ok in a container,its such a pretty colour,I just couldn't resist it.Thanks again.Evie
