Help with bush-tree thing

Bought a house in March and have been cleaning up the back yard. I am wondering what these bush/tree(s) are.

The thing with the spiky, finger-like things that used to be flowers (just to the right of center), that's Vitex (Chastetree). The other(s), I can't tell. You'll need to take some close-ups. That looks like it might be 2 separate plants. The right half is a Vitex (or Chaste) tree. The left half is hard to tell.
