I purchased a Chinese Delphinium plant this spring and it has since flowered and went to seed. I haven't had any experience with Delphiniums or Larkspurs, and I'm wondering if it's normal that some of the seeds have begun to sprout. Is this common, and is there any possibility of these surviving and flowering next season?
Thanks in advance.
Chinese Delphiniums from seed?
Your seedlings should be fine. They're hardy in your area. And, yes, it normal for some of them to sprout now.
Thanks for the quick reply! I appreciate it.
You're very welcome. Let us know how they do.
