Does any know whats the name of this flower...I think it is soooo pretty!

Can it be grown from seed? can i collect seeds from it?

Looks like one a cultivar of Iochroma cyanea, maybe 'Royal Blue' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/64772/ It looks like a cultivar rather than the straight species, so if you are able to get seeds from it the flowers may not end up the same color. I've grown several different cultivars of Iochroma and have never gotten seeds from any of them--I don't know if it was a pollination issue or what. So if you want more, you might try cuttings instead in case you don't end up with seeds (that way you'll get ones that are the exact same color too)

Iochroma is in the same family as Nicotiana, that's probably why you see a resemblance in the blooms. I am very sure however that it is an Iochroma of some sort (Nicotiana doesn't come in that color, among other things).
