I went to the Balloon Festival last night for a little whilte, meant to get back tonight but was to late for lift off. Will try again in the morning if the wind is calm and it's not raining. We did capture a few skydivers(is that what you call them?), they were coming in fast but I loved this one!

Then for the kids they started to blow up 'Old McDonalds Farm' lol
These are so close when they blow them up they sometimes bump you.

Love those balloon and parachute shots. The night shot is quite magical. Hot air balloons have such a fun fantasy quality about them, thanks for sharing.

Very nice!

Nice shots of the balloons. When Jamie was younger we would go to a balloon launch that is held annually in Hershey, and still is as far as I know. Sometimes we went in the evening for the"glow". Once we went on a chase and helped crew the pick-up and got to share the champagne which the balloonist carried, in the French tradition, to serve the property owner as thanks for landing there. Jamie was grade school age and thought it was a great adventure. Ric

Took my kids to Croton Gorge Park. This is the site of the Croton dam and aqueduct, source of water for NYC for many years.

Nice shot of the bra strap,at least I wore one that day.

Looks like Marilyn has a ninja blade in her right hand. You sure you guys were not fighting?!! ^_^

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

No ninja blade I think it was a baggie with seeds in it.
She comes to visit her niece so we have a mini RU.Debilu would have been there but she was traveling.
I see my winter diet needs repair.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

How funny, I didn't notice the ninja blade at first! Sorry I missed it.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Marilyn is even holding it the 'sneaky' way!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

It's a dangerous neighborhood.

It's the same facial expression I have if I've been in direct sun more than 3 minutes.

Stop giving me ideas! That's an envelope of Husker Red seeds Jo kindly gave to me. Just before the photo was taken, a gust of wind blew water off of the umbrella...that's my excuse.
