I am SO in for leek soup. I heard a very funky weird thing that was done for our Turkey Day with brussell sprouts. Steam them in maple syrup. Has any one tried it?

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Ha! Googleguy has tons of brussel sprouts/maple syrup receipes. So obviously not funky weird at all.
