Your neighbor is right.
My parents were always greatfull they lived in a mixed neighborhood and could watch children playing.
Garden Photos 2010 number 29
I like those kind of neighborhoods, reminds me of my own chilhood. ^_^
Me, too! JoAnn, you've got to paint those ligularias.
Ha!!!! Marilyn, as it so happens I have a drawing started. I will probably finish the painting in late September when the heat comes on in the house so all the papers dry out in my studio. Its really hard to paint in this humidity.
Did you see the 1 Crystal Palace clem behind the Ligues?

Nope...missed it! I had one bloom the other day. Don't forget to show me the painting when it's done!
Paper is 22x 33 .or about.
Great coleus!
ROBINDOG is that Luna swirl hibiscus hardy or annual in your area? I grew mine from seed and have gotten many seeds from her and wondering if she will survive in ground in my future zone 5 home.

I'm not sure, Dorothy....I just bought it this summer for a dollar...it was listed as a per. at the nursery, but the nursery is a zone warmer than where I live, so I'll have to see what happens.
Sorry DNut, lovely bloom. Go on with the show.
nice jm there rama
Thanks guys. Love the lilacs, is this the reblooming variety?
Everything is looking good.
No, Rama, they are only supposed to bloom once, in June...don't understand what happened.
An August-blooming lilac is a gift from the heavens!!!
Enjoy, enjoy !
Thanks!
