This is my first time growing this variety of eggplant and I am so glad that I did. They are adorable, tasty, and prolific. (Stems are prickly, though.)
My "Snowy" babies
Beautiful photo, Q. Consider add ing photos and comment to Plantfiles. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/62165
Quyen,
Those are gorgeous! How do they taste compared to regular varieties like Black Beauty? How long does it take to grow them?
I'm gearing up for a fall crop and wonder if I have time to sow some eggplant seeds? We'll have heat until late October or so...
Photos added, Farmerdill. Thank you for creating the entry. I'll take a picture of the plant itself and add it later.
Gymgirl: It is similar to Black Beauty and holds up pretty well when grilled, fried, and sauteed.
Edited to add: I didn't start them from seed. From planting to as shown in photo...8 weeks.
