Tase: From that photo, it's really hard to tell what the plant in question might be. Is it possible for you to upload a larger picture? The plant could be a Dieffenbachia of some sort but it's really hard to see in the photo.

a closer pict. would be better but it looks to me like a chinese evergreen if not a diffenbachia
