at the nursery all the Meyer lemons say"dwarf Meyer Lemon" is there a taller one?I am looking for 12 to screen neighbors...
Are all Meyer Lemons "dwarf"?
No, but the ones from Four Winds Nursery all are, because they are grafted onto a rootstock with the purpose of staying small.
Try the plant finder here on Dave's.
Most of the ones you'll find have probably been grafted onto the dwarf rootstock because most people are looking for the smaller more compact versions. So before you buy from anyone, make sure that you ask whether it's dwarf or not if they don't call it out clearly. Also, your best bet will be to see if a local nursery carries them or can order some for you--most mail order places aren't able to ship citrus into CA.
